Integration of Mind, Body, and Spirit Part 3

The focus of these symposium classes is the integration of mind, body, and spirit, and the sense of well-being it brings to feel connected and in communication with all three.

In the first class, “Every Body in Mind”, you’ll be guided through a meditation to relax your body and then, to give it a healing you direct with your mind. We’ll discuss the concept “move your muscles” and “motion is lotion”, and how it relates to mental health. You’ll have a chance to tune in to your own body, and learn what it has to say to you! Live psychic readings at the end if learners have question, or want to ask for a message from their body using a divination system.

The second class, “A Mind Aligned”, is about the mind paying attention to the body, and paying attention to the heart, and allowing the states of mind that connect you to your High Self and the spiritual world. This is an experiential class with exercises that get the imagination and mind to work together as a self-help tool that can produce psychic insights. We’ll work with the tarot, the Oh Cards, and an automatic handwriting exercise.

The third class, “Spirit”, is about channeling and mediumship as a healing force. We’ll discuss spiritual phenomena and some of the different ways spirit presents itself. Another exercise demonstrates the self-mastery involved in controlling your state of consciousness to keep the conversation with spirit going. The class will end with a psychic message and spiritual healing circle. Bring your personal questions, and get a message from Spirit in the circle.
