Sheetal Contractor

Sheetal Contractor is a PA Licensed Massage Therapist, E-RYT500 and Personal Wellness Coach.  After being a corporate professional for 15 years, in the summer of 2006, she took a leap of faith and left the corporate world to pursue her passion – sharing mind/body wellness through therapeutic yoga and bodywork. 

Since then, Sheetal has trained in various mind/body healing techniques, become E-RYT500 certified, created a variety of yoga-based Wellness Coaching programs and established her YouTube channel, ‘Empowered Wellness with Sheetal’.
