Physical vs. Emotional Eating-Interesting & Helpful. I enjoyed the class and found it to be really helpful in recognizing our own behaviors and learning techniques to avoid emotional eating. I never thought about physical versus emotional eating and how to recognize each, so that was interesting to me. I also liked discussing how to comfort ourselves or reward ourselves in different ways so as to avoid the emotional eating habits that result from stress etc.
