Radiant, vibrant health!. Even though I offer such classes myself, I left Wahido's classe with info that I can use - Yes... I even learned from the class! Wahido is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable - I really recommend this class for anyone who seeks natural, vibrant healing solutions.

Connection. All the above reviews summarize my own experience! As I was reading through them, I was astounded: did I write these? How can this be, such similar experiences. Maybe it is because Wahido's meditation -- and the sandalwood essential oil --- really suceeded in uniting us all, even though we live in such different parts of the world and even if we may have listened to the recording on a different day! I am grateful for the humble yet very generous approaches shared in this class: you leave not only feeling refreshed but also armed with tools to help you connect even better with what is so essential to us all: a sense of belonging and connectedness.

Informative and Inspirational. This class is great for anyone new, or studied, into the world of both essential oils and meditation. Wahido shared in a very practical way, the benefits of essential oils in our lives, and how they enhance the effects of meditation when the oils are applied to the fingers, with Mudras, and also on the special points of our face, ears, neck, and thymus. The information flowed from Wahido to the class in an informative way, that first engaged our minds. Then he walked us through the gestures of applying the essential oils, and the gesture of the Mudra, which engaged the body-mind-spirit connection. Finally, all aspects were connected, through the space of breath and the heart, with a lightly guided meditation. The meditation was not very long, yet it was very effective. There were no questions brought to Wahido's attention at the end of the class, as we were each in a beautiful state of stillness and pure peaceful presence.

Change in . Wahido shared his personal practice with meditation. It was highly effective for me. My eyes felt amazing afterwards and I was very relaxed too. I will now add essential oils to my own practice. Attending the class has positively influenced me I imagine for the long term. The only hinderance to this quality class was the internet connection at times. When we went deeper into the meditation for some reason all I could hear were 'web' noises. It made me smile though as Wahido had invited us to deepen our connection to the universe, and the result was sound bite frequency noises rather than his voice. I will purchase the book that he recommended, and take on the uses and contraindications provided by him. As a practicing herbalist who mainly uses tinctures with clients I now wish to incorporate essential oils into my personal life, and with clients after taking part in this class.
