Improving your memory lesson 2- chaining

Good as always. I’m glad that there’s this group session. And it’s so inexpensive and just like a mental massage. I came out feeling relaxed and wanting more. I want to be more happy and have more freedom. This is a great little session for me to go in a positive direction.

Awareness comes back. This is my first participation at Elena's. It was very concentrating and relaxing 60 min that brought me aha moment and awareness. I felt like peeled my outer veil, with this one step further I could create small connection with my true authentic nature. There is no reason that I do not come back to the next session. Very useful and beneficial. The beauty of this workshop is that you can use it to address also your other issues in addition to relationship issues. The deeper you dig your stuff the more you find.

very deep and full of benifits. This class is dealing with very deep issues, that I didn't think make any difference. I was surprised to see how deep it gies, hiw many things I didnt attend to, that are so significant to my life today. great experience. Elana gave a nice exp;anation of how things work for us, and how our brain stores memories and information. Also we did a nice excerces to release some pain, and it worked magically..

Spinning the Matrix. The class was hands on with healing and instructions. I noticed less pain and was instructed how to continue with the technique so that the layers could be peeled off for better healing.
